DID Inventory
DID inventory allows administrators to manage and tracke Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers. DID numbers are telephone numbers that allow external callers to directly reach specific extensions or individuals within an organization's private branch exchange (PBX) system or VoIP network.
Managing DID inventory involves:
Allocation: Assigning DID numbers to users or departments within an organization. Tracking: Keeping records of which numbers are assigned to whom. Inventory Management: Monitoring the availability and usage of DID numbers. Configuration: Setting up routing rules and configurations for incoming calls to each DID number. Reporting: Generating reports on usage, availability, and trends in DID number usage.
- Navigate to Inventory
- Select the DID Inventory
- Click the Add DID Inventory
- Enter all required information
