This sub-module aims to assist you in managing and configuring the products you purchase, sell, or utilize. Here, you can create, modify, and organize a variety of products to meet your customers' needs and for other purposes.
Creation of Products in Different Categories: Define and customize products with attributes such as networking or operational. Networking products are intended for networking use exclusively, while operational products may have diverse functionalities.
Pricing: You can set up pricing that accurately reflects the value and features of your products.
Creating Product: - Navigate to Inventory - Select Product - Click the Add Product
Product Details: - Enter Product Name - Enter Universal product code (if applicable) = Select Product Category as
Active Equipment: These products are currently available for use or sale within your network.
Passive Equipment: These products have been previously used and are no longer available in your network.
- Accessories: These products are intended for use, but currently, their availability is under consideration. Select Product Type
Status: 1. Active: This status indicates that the product is currently available and actively being sold or used.
Discontinued (closed): This status indicates that the product has been terminated and marked as closed, indicating that it is no longer available for sale or use.
Coming Soon: This status indicates that the product is not currently available for sale or use at the time of creation but will be made available soon.
Repair Needed: This status indicates that the product is available in stock, but it requires repairs or fixes before it can be sold or used due to factors such as prolonged storage or other reasons.
- Select the Product Type (Asset Type) – Operational or Networking
- Select Manufacturer (if applicable) = Upload product datasheet if applicable
- Assign the product
- Enter Product Specification
Pricing Information: - Select desired currency - Enter buying price - Enter Unit Price
Stock Information: - Select stock information
Product Image Information - Upload an image of the product (if applicable) - Add a description and save the product.
